I recently stayed at Ratnamouli Palace and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff's politeness stood out. Excellent service of all the time . I have celebrated my brother's marriage it was indeed a good experience. Front desk staff is superb who helped me trough out the event. Bidyut , Alokesh , Radhika were very helpful. Kudos Team.

I had celebrated my birthday with my friend at the hotel. It was an unforgettable experience and how nice the staffs where!!!! I love every inch about the hotel,and the infrastructure,wow unbelievable!!!!! Everything was so Wow!! It was so elegant, so beautiful, just looking like a wow !! Would recommend you to go and have a pool party in the summers cause the view is too good and beautiful! Even my friends loved it !

The room is clean and the hotel meets international standards. The location is relatively near to the city, but far from the airport. Nevertheless, excellent local food right outside the hotel. Breakfast is great but ordering food ala carte will be pricy.

Pretty good hotel with state of the art facilities, service might be slow but staff is really courteous and go out of the way to get your needs checked. Food is really good here.

This is a fantastic hotel in Guwahati with friendly staff and value for money. I stayed here 3 times across my travels in NE India and each time all the staff were helpful, very friendly and welcoming. The staff also helped me to arrange a private taxi to Shillong for a very good price. Each time I stayed, the rooms were all big, modern, and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and with a large shower area, with continuous hot water. Further the ayurvedic amenities were a nice touch. The hotel restaurant also serves fresh food and has a wide menu. The breakfast is also v good and varied. The salon is also very good, convenient and very well priced. I received a great haircut and beard lining from Jimmy, who also gave me travel advice for Manipur which was much appreciated! Thank you for a nice stay!
